Diagnosing COVID-19 From Chest CT Scan Images Using Deep Learning Models

A novel coronavirus named COVID-19 has spread speedily and triggered a worldwide outbreak of respiratory illness. Early diagnosis is always crucial for pandemic control. Compared to RT-PCR, chest computed tomography (CT) imaging the more consistent, concrete, prompt method identify patients. For clinical diagnostics, information received from scans critical. So there need develop an image analysis technique detecting viral epidemics scan pictures. Using DenseNet, ResNet, CapsNet, 3D-ConvNet, four deep machine learning-based architectures have been proposed scans. From experimental results, it found that all are providing effective accuracy, which COVID-DNet model reached highest accuracy 99%. Proposed accessible at https://github.com/shamiktiwari/CTscanCovi19 can be utilized support radiologists reserachers in validating their initial screening.
